*Summary of Terms: The bePASS ^sm must be activated ten (10) days prior to it's first use. The bePASS ^sm is a 12-month contract that automatically renews after the 12th month. Once a service has been provided via the bePASS ^sm, the contract may not be canceled until the current 12-month contract term is up. Prior to first use, the contract may be canceled and any cancellation is subject to early termination fees. No refunds are provided, including refunds for unused portions of the contract. The contract is not transferable by bePASS ^sm holders, however, HJR SOFTWARE reserves the right to sell or assign the bePASS ^sm service to any qualified service provider at any time without prior notice to bePASS holders.
