Normally, we charge $60/hour to provide onsite computer repair services. The average repair job last about 2.5 hours depending on the problem.

Starting November 16^th and ending on November 30^th, excluding Thanksgiving Day, the 28th and 29th, we are offering a FLAT RATE ONSITE COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICE, regardless of how long it takes us to fix your computer problem(s). During this time, two people will visit your location. One will be a computer guru and expert while the other one will be a trainee. Together, they will completely fix your computer related issue(s), regardless of the problem and provide you with a 90-Day Service Warranty.

Operating hours are every day except the days mentioned above from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Some deliveries can be made after 10:00 PM if necessary. This service is available to anyone, any home or business within a 60 mile radius of Belmont, North Carolina. Beyond a 60-mile radius, travel expenses will be added at the rate of $1.00/mile.

We can repair just about anything computer related, advise you on additional parts and items, obtain and deliver practically any computer item needed, perform upgrades, remove viruses and spyware, set-up and integrate computer systems with home theater systems, game systems, network computers and printers wired and wirelessly, train you on the use of most hardware and software items. The computer guru has over 18 years of professional experience. We offer New, Used or Refurbished parts or complete computer systems. We aren't some fly-by-night operation.
