This is a used Toshiba Notebook that has been upgraded to hold the maximum amount of RAM. Originally designed for Windows 98, it is currently running Windows 2000 Professional. The battery life on the notebook is no longer of any significant use so the notebook needs to be plugged in via the power adapter all the time. It's a very lightweight, ultra slim notebook with a full-sized keyboard. It has a Point-Stick Mouse built-in. It also comes with a Docking station that provides 2 USB Ports, the DVD-ROM Player (only), Parallel Printer Port, Additional Fan, Speakers, Keyboard and Mouse Ports. With the battery and the docking station attached, the total footprint of this Toshiba is just 12 x 13 inches. This is a good beginners notebook and a good notebook for accessing the Internet, especially if you do not have to use the notebook for travel.
